Incredible resort in Negambo
Fantastic resort with many included activities- yoga twice/day, well equipped gym with supervised sessions, cooking demonstrations Amazing rooms Wonderful staff - couldn’t be more helpful Incredibly clean and well maintained The 100 metre pool was a pleasure to swim in Oh… and no small children 😊
Love this place
Loved Jetwing Blue.Amazing location right in the beach with a great pool and delicious food.Staff so lovely and professional.The best sunsets here. Also loved their environmental ethos. I will recommend this place to others and hope to return soon.
Our favorite stay in all of Sri Lanka
Jetwing Blue was amazing, staff friendly, professional and relaxed - obviously happy in their jobs. The ethos of Jetwing is fabulous and food and rooms very good. We loved the pool area and cocktails/sunsets over the Indian Ocean were stunning. Thank you so much for.
Good, but disappointed with logistics and payment recordkeeping
Lovely hotel with clean, fresh rooms facing the pool and, beyond, the beach. Stayed with our kids here and opted for full board. Lots of great, tasty food options. Wait staff are all very lovely, friendly and helpful. The issues we had were (1) airport pickup: sent a small car even after we advised early of family size and # of luggage; the hotel paid for a second taxi to accompany our car with the luggage - just unnecessary hassle and poor planning, (2) payment of remaining 50% and ancillary fees: the hotel had no record of our advance payment (we had to show proof) and also tried to double charge us for the airport pickup. It was so surprising and disappointing that a Jetwing hotel didn’t have better record keeping.
Lovely relaxed hotel
Lovely pool right by the beach. Rooms nice and big with good Aircon and lovely shower. Very relaxed atmosphere especially watching the sunset on the beach. We stayed for two nights and it was a perfect way to start our holiday.
