Wonderful resort!
Very pleasant stay, the staff is super polite. The property was very clean, beautiful, service was quick, food was great. The staff is the best part of this property! Definitely recommend to everyone.

Amazingly great
Absolutely loved my visit at this beautiful hotel. The atmosphere was so lovely, peaceful, and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind and escape from the busy routine. The food was absolutely amazing, with every dish being delicious and well prepared. The warm hospitality and serene surroundings made the entire experience truly memorable. There was nothing wrong with the brunch just missed to meet the chef tht made such amazing choices in the menu . This is the second time we came here for brunch nothing disappoints us to come again for what it offers also missed Joshua from the last time we came I remember him and Aayush were solid with there hospitality . Would definitely love to visit again! Next time am there again i need to be meeting there manager ❤️✨
Wonderful location & serene stay & greay hospitality, but service speed and balcony maintenance need improvement
We recently stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Goa Benaulim, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The property is peaceful, nicely laid out, and ideally situated just a short walk away from the beautiful Benaulim Beach. It’s a great option if you are looking to unwind in South Goa.
What stood out most was the wonderful hospitality offered by the staff. The team was generally warm, welcoming, and eager to make our stay comfortable, which added a great personal touch to our trip. However, there were a few operational and housekeeping areas where the resort fell short of expectations:
1. Slow Food Serving Speed: The dining service felt noticeably delayed. Meals and orders took much longer than expected to reach our table. 2. Unresponsive Recreation Area Service: While enjoying the recreation area, trying to request room service or assistance was quite frustrating. Even after multiple calls, the staff remained unresponsive. 3. Balcony Cleanliness: Although the interior of the room was comfortable, the balcony area needed better upkeep. The outdoor chair cushions were visibly dirty and required deep cleaning or replacement.
Verdict: A solid property with warm hospitality and a fantastic location near the beach. If management addresses the service delays and pays closer attention to outdoor cleanliness, this could easily be a 10/10 experience. We would still recommend it for a relaxing getaway and hope to see these minor service hiccups smoothed out on our next visit!
