I am extremely disappointed by what I have witnessed regarding the working conditions and treatment of employees at this property. The staff appear to be working extremely long hours, from morning until late at night, with very little opportunity for proper rest. I have seen employees working exceptionally long shifts, and I am deeply concerned about whether they are receiving adequate overtime compensation and weekly rest. I am also particularly concerned about the way some employees are spoken to by management. I personally witnessed the Restaurant Manager, Vikas, speaking very harshly to staff and shouting at employees in front of guests. Regardless of how busy or stressful hotel operations may be, employees deserve to be treated with basic dignity and respect, especially in front of customers. These employees work extremely hard to provide service to guests. Seeing people being pushed to work for such long hours and then being spoken to in this manner is very upsetting. I sincerely hope Marriott and the property's senior management investigate the working hours, overtime practices, weekly days off and the way employees are being treated by management. Guests see the polished side of a hotel, but the people behind that service deserve respect too. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful changes.
