Wonderful Family Stay in Candolim
This was our first stay at Novotel Goa Candolim, and we had a wonderful time with our kids. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the beach and local shops.
Check-in was quick and effortless, making for a pleasant start to our stay. The hotel has family-friendly ambience. Our children enjoyed the swimming pool, play area and games. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent.
The staff were polite and welcoming. We had the opportunity to interact with some of the staff like Subha, Bishnu, Manju and Amewsha, who were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Our car was quite dusty by the time we reached the hotel, and the valet parking team kindly helped us get it cleaned. It was a thoughtful gesture that we genuinely appreciated.
Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and felt that every minute spent here was worthwhile.
