Awesome experience
Loved our stay at Novotel Dona Sylvia! The beautiful ambience and warm hospitality made the experience really special. They accommodated early check-in and also surprised us with a suite upgrade, which we truly appreciated.
Special thanks to Gita ma’am, Cinandra, Ashika, Nikhil, and Dishant for making us feel so welcome. The “See You Soon” cake at the end of breakfast was such a sweet surprise.
A wonderful stay overall would happily visit again!
