The location was perfect, just 15 minutes from the airport. Getting to the city was a breeze with Uber or the MRT. The place had a clean and great vibe. Rooms were spotless and comfy. But seriously, the staff were super friendly and helpful. I'd totally go back there. Loved everything about this hotel!
Any Trident property in India, will never disappoint you! Be it Mumbai or Bhubaneswar or Kochi or Chennai, the overall services will definitely leave a lasting impression!
We were originally here for 1 night but ended up staying for 3! Too bad this property was taken over by the Fern group and we were a month before the complete transition!
The location is ideal with good connectivity options to the city centre!
The rooms are comfortable & clean & cozy offering a decent view of the pool! The bathrooms are clean with premium amenities.
The buffet was good and so was the quality, food options were plenty!
The staff was friendly, courteous & professional! Special mention to the following: Ayan, Sahil, Sinan, Arun, Faiz, Alphin, Ajeet, Milan, Rami, Arun & the wonderful chefs! The housekeeping did a splendid job.
Regards to the entire hardworking staff & the workforce!
Keep up the good work!
Best wishes
This does not seem like a 5 star hotel at all. The rooms are old and have not been renovated or refurbished in recent history. The breakfast buffet was average at best though the staff is helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is good but that’s about it.
This hotel has recently changed owners and when we stayed for one night before travelling to the airport, the bar wasnt even open as they apparently hadn't secured a liquor licence. It's definitely no where near a 5* hotel, more like 3* Extremely slow checking us in and waited a while for our suitcases to arrive in our room We phoned the reception for the WiFi code and no one answered the phone! Food was ok but nowhere near as good as a lot of the other hotels we stayed in, some of which were 3* & 4*. Maybe look for an alternative hotel in this area.
Senior Guest service associate Mr Vinay Kumar Singh was very courteous. The room were very neat Upholstery was good. Rest room was clean. We stayed Room no 331 from 1 st November to 3rd November. I had my best uninterrupted sleep after a very long time. Thank to the entire team. .
