Wonderful birthday surprise arrangement
Wonderful Birthday Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I would like to give a special thanks to the entire staff for making my wife’s birthday so memorable.
A big thank you to the room service/housekeeping team for beautifully arranging the room and preparing a lovely birthday cake. It was a thoughtful surprise and made the celebration even more special.
We also really appreciate the reception team for giving us such a good room and for their warm and professional service from the moment we arrived.
And a special thanks to the restaurant staff for their friendly attitude, excellent service, and attention to detail. Everyone was welcoming and made us feel truly valued as guests.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and the staff deserve a lot of credit for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be happy to come back again. Thank you to the whole team! ❤️🎂

Saturday brunch is fantastic, nice food with a great view, shout out to the staff they are very good specially to CHANO a very nice guy hands up to him. Definitely we will come back again.

15 Days That Truly Felt Like Home ❤️
I spent 15 days at this hotel, and I can honestly say that by the end of my stay, it genuinely felt like home.
I was in Abu Dhabi for work and working very long days, so coming back every evening to people who were always smiling, kind, attentive and genuinely willing to help made such a difference.
What impressed me the most was the people. Day or night, there was always someone there to help, to give me advice, recommend places to discover in Abu Dhabi, find a solution when I needed something, or simply welcome me with a smile.
When you travel for work and spend so much time away from home, having people who understand how to take care of their guests with this level of professionalism and kindness is an incredible luxury.
A huge thank you to Sajam, Islam, Naresh, Michele, Krishna, and to the entire concierge team. You were absolutely amazing. Always available, always helpful, always professional, and above all, always genuinely kind.
Everything is done to make you feel comfortable and at home and to make sure you have absolutely everything you need throughout your stay. And somehow, they always manage to do it with a smile.
Whether you are coming to Abu Dhabi for business or for a holiday, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I absolutely loved my stay and I already know I will be coming back.
Guys, your hotel and your team are simply amazing. Please never lose what makes this place so special: the people.
