Aloft is great, but ask for NIR to make your stay perfect!
I recently stayed at Aloft for three days, and while the hotel was everything I expected, the housekeeping service really blew me away—specifically a staff member named NIR. From day one, NIR made our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. We never had to worry about running out of basic amenities. Fresh towels and extra bottled water were always proactively stocked without us even having to ask. What really stood out was the thoughtfulness; NIR would always catch us to gently check if we wanted the room cleaned and asked what time worked best for our schedule so we wouldn't be disturbed. It made everything so easy. It’s the little details that make a hotel stay memorable, and NIR absolutely nailed it. If you’re staying at this Aloft, do yourself a favor and try to request NIR as your housekeeper.

Wonderful Stay & Amazing Service
I had a wonderful stay at Aloft Abu Dhabi. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
A special thank you to Hader from Guest Relations, who made my stay even more memorable. She surprised us for my birthday with a lovely cake and a beautiful setup, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
I truly appreciated the hospitality and the attention to detail. Thank you to Hader and the entire Aloft Abu Dhabi team for making my stay so special. I would definitely stay here again!
