Amazing stay
I have been staying here for several months, and this is the second time that I have booked my stay for several months .
I must say the housekeeping team is truly exceptional. Hasra brings so much happiness and cheer whenever she comes to clean my room. Her work is amazing and It genuinely feels like she is happy when I am happy and that kind of sincerity is rare and precious. A heartfelt thank you to her
Most importantly, I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Bhavesh, Director of Front Office. I can be a diffcult guest but somehow he always makes time to resolve any queries or issues I may have. I have never seen a more devoted and committed professional, he has even assisted me while on holiday. That level of dedication speaks volumes. His professionalism in resolving any issue and going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction is exceptional. He does not just solve problems, he takes ownership and ensures they are handled perfectly. His commitment is truly remarkable.
Bab Al Qasr is truly fortunate to have such outstanding team members.

Worst 5 star hotel I've stayed at...
No toileteries/amenities at arrival, had to ask for it. Wifi didnt work on arrival, had to call the IT desk. Staff is clueless, I got different answers for the same questions from different staff, all of them were wrong. Breakfast buffet was choatic, severely understaffed. Couldnt get a coffee as all 4 machines ran out of milk, wasnt refilled for 30 mins (I gave up), food was bland. Asked doorman for a taxi, told me to get an uber...

We had a great experience! The room was fantastic, the view was brillant and the beach was even fabilous! Maybe our best hotel experience in any country. Marcell, Chai, Sadiq, Louie and the other staff were super helpful and kind.
