Existing high standards of health and hygiene have been enhanced and we remain alert to local advice form health experts and government authorities; adapting best practices accordingly. Our measures include health declaration forms on arrival; temperature checks for all guests and colleagues; PPE available for all guests to use during their stay; such as face masks; disinfectant hand sanitisers and disposable gloves; PPE worn by all staff throughout the hotel; significant increases in regular disinfection conducted across all hotel areas; increased cleaning in place of air handling and fan coil units as well as regular maintenance and filter changes; increased cleaning in place of all hard surfaces throughout hotel public areas and in guest rooms; increase anti-viral disinfection measures in place for all in room soft furnishings and surfaces; table distancing measures in dining outlets.

My recent stay at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi was nothing short of exceptional, extraordinary and truly unforgettable. There are luxury hotels, and then there is Emirates Palace!!! A resort that takes hospitality, elegance and indulgence to an unrivalled level.
From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in an atmosphere of grandeur and sophistication. But what makes this hotel truly exceptional and a cut above the rest ... is the extraordinary attention to detail. The hospitality was outstanding throughout our stay—warm, gracious, attentive and effortlessly professional. Every interaction with all staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Even sitting at Episodes cafe and trying to decide on a dinner venue , i informed the staff of my indecisiveness in choosing a restaurant and the staff actually went and brought all the different restaurant menus to me to peruse at my leisure while sipping coffee at Episodes cafe .
The impeccable cleanliness and pristine presentation of the entire property deserve special mention. From our accommodation to the public areas, restaurants and magnificent grounds, everything was maintained to an exceptional standard. Nothing felt tired or overlooked despite the size of the resort . My room was impeccably cleaned . The shower pressure was amazing !!!!
And then there was the food!!!!! Simply unrivalled.
The culinary experiences at Emirates Palace were the kind one normally only dreams about. Every meal became an unforgettable memory, with extraordinary flavours, exquisite presentation and exceptional ingredients. The chefs and culinary teams at Emirates Palace have elevated dining into an absolute art form.
A particular highlight for us was Strawfire, where the spectacular gold-leaf sushi was as extraordinary to look at as it was to taste. It was a dining experience filled with theatre, creativity and remarkable attention to detail—something we will remember for a very long time. Even having fresh wasabi grated at our table !!!!!!
And, of course, no visit would have been complete without experiencing the famous golden cappuccino. Sipping a beautifully presented cappuccino adorned with gold was one of those wonderfully extravagant Emirates Palace moments that perfectly captured the spirit of our luxury and pampered stay .
What was most impressive though was that, despite all the splendour and opulence, and the size of the resort , the experience never felt impersonal. Behind the magnificent and grand architecture , luxurious surroundings is a team of people who understand the true meaning of hospitality. The service was intuitive and gracious, with every detail seemingly anticipated before we even had to ask.
There are some places you visit and enjoy, and there are others that remain with you long after you leave. Emirates Palace is unquestionably one of those rare places that will stay etched in memory always . I will be sure to return !

Exceptional Service and Outstanding Hospitality
Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental is truly one of the most beautiful and impressive hotels in Abu Dhabi. The architecture, the elegance of the surroundings, and the exceptional level of service create a unique experience from the moment you arrive.
A special mention goes to Joseph, one of the valets at the entrance, who was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. He warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and was always ready to assist with a smile. He even offered us bottled water whenever we were leaving in our pre-booked transportation, such as Uber, which was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.
His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail reflect the outstanding hospitality for which Emirates Palace is renowned. Staff members like Joseph make every visit even more memorable. Highly recommended!
