Existing high standards of health and hygiene have been enhanced and we remain alert to local advice form health experts and government authorities; adapting best practices accordingly. Our measures include health declaration forms on arrival; temperature checks for all guests and colleagues; PPE available for all guests to use during their stay; such as face masks; disinfectant hand sanitisers and disposable gloves; PPE worn by all staff throughout the hotel; significant increases in regular disinfection conducted across all hotel areas; increased cleaning in place of air handling and fan coil units as well as regular maintenance and filter changes; increased cleaning in place of all hard surfaces throughout hotel public areas and in guest rooms; increase anti-viral disinfection measures in place for all in room soft furnishings and surfaces; table distancing measures in dining outlets.

Superb hotel
We’ve recently returned from a wonderful holiday at this amazing hotel where we celebrated our wedding anniversary. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and professional. The facilities were sublime. The rooms offered every comfort imaginable. Great value too!
We’re already recommending this gem to friends and family! We’ve also booked our next holiday to this fabulous hotel. See you next year!
The best hotel/palace ❤️
From the moment we arrived we felt like royalty. This place is exceptional. We loved every single minute. The staff are just wonderful from the moment you step out of the transport to enter. Truly amazing people working there and the hotel is luxurious. A special thanks to the staff at EP club, what a wonderful team. Also Lucy in Vendome. Our daughter loved her. I would give this hotel a 7 star rating if I could
Exceptional
It has all been said before, but Emirates Palace is truly an exceptional and wonderfully luxurious hotel. From the moment you arrive, the sheer beauty, scale and elegance of the property are quite remarkable, and there is very little to be dissatisfied about.
I would happily give the hotel 10/10 across every aspect. It is genuinely beautiful, and what makes the experience particularly special is the people. Every single member of staff we encountered was engaging, warm, attentive and incredibly helpful, always seeming to go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
My only slight observation would be around consistency of service. On occasions, particularly within the EP Club, the exceptional level of service we experienced initially wasn’t always maintained throughout our stay. It was only a small point, but because the service started at such an outstanding level, any slight drop in consistency became noticeable and, on occasions, a little frustrating.
That said, this is very much a constructive observation rather than a criticism of what was otherwise an exceptional experience.
Please keep up the consistency of that wonderful service, particularly within the EP Club, because when it is delivered at its best, it is truly outstanding.
We have had a wonderful stay and would absolutely love to return to this beautiful hotel.

A nice experience
The hotel is beautiful, clean and food is really amazing. They have a variety of cusines, well very helpful for each taste. The staff is very nice and they REALLY CARE about guests! Our room was very comfortable, clean and we had everything inside, including an iron and beach bag. I really appreciate staff’s efforts.

Nothing short of Phenomenal
It was a truly unbelievable and magical experience. From the service, to the atmosphere to the fine dining, everything was phenomenal, and I cannot wait to visit again. This is true luxury accommodation along with an equally spectacular service.
