The best hotel with the best service
I really enjoyed my stay at Novel Hotel. Everything was excellent, from the atmosphere to the level of service. I would especially like to recognize Mary at the reception. She was extremely welcoming, polite, and professional. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help made my experience even better. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you to Mary and the entire team for the great hospitality. I truly appreciated the experience and would be happy to stay here again!
