I honestly can’t say enough good things about Mouad and Terkey. They are both incredibly professional, respectful, and genuinely kind. The way they communicate with guests and make everyone feel comfortable really sets them apart. What I appreciated most was their attitude. They were always positive, patient, and willing to help, even with the smallest things. Their service felt sincere and personal, not just like they were doing their job. Mouad and Terkey are a great example of what true hospitality should look like. Their dedication and the way they treat guests deserve real recognition. My experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it. Before confirming my reservation through a booking app, I called the hotel and informed them that I was traveling from another country and would arrive at around 2:00 AM. They assured me that late check-in would not be a problem. Based on that confirmation, I completed my booking. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there were no rooms available, even though I had a confirmed reservation. After a long discussion, they asked me to pay a much higher amount to get a room, which was completely unacceptable. In addition, the receptionist, Farooq, was unfriendly and unprofessional in his attitude and behavior. In the end, I had no choice but to cancel my reservation and look for another hotel late at night. This was a very frustrating experience, and I hope the hotel improves its customer service and honors confirmed reservations.
