I had a wonderful experience at Shangri-La Abu Dhabi, and I would especially like to thank Micelle and Gamal for their excellent service. They were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. They always greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.

Excellent Stay at Shangri-La
Very good stay at the Shangri-La Hotel. The hotel was very nice, with a great breakfast and a very pleasant pool area. The room was also very clean, with a lot of attention to detail and care. Special thanks to Brahma for keeping the room so well maintained throughout my stay.
