The best hotel in Abu Dhabi
Sheraton hotel is truly an exceptional hotel in Abu Dhabi. Very welcoming and friendly staff. We celebrated my wife's birthday here and received a free room upgrade. The room was very spacious and clean. The food was tasty and a great selection at the buffet, with amazing service. I would highly recommend this hotel for everyone - families, businessman and travelers who going to stay in Abu Dhabi.

Dinner at Le Bistrot
We have dined at the Bistrot at the Sheraton Abu Dhabi several times, and we returned specifically for the consistency and quality of the service. The welcome is always warm and professional, with genuine attention given to returning guests. The chic bistro setting is pleasant and well maintained. Service remains attentive, steady, and reliable, which fully explains our loyalty during our stay. The food is carefully prepared and well executed, confirming a solid experience at every visit. A special thank you to Shabita and Nikki for their kindness and excellent service.
Rude acting!
When you arrive at a hotel, your vacation should begin with a warm smile and a welcoming greeting. What kind of experience is it to go to the reception to check in and be met with a curt "Yes?" instead of a "Welcome"? Is it really that hard to say, "Welcome, how can I help you?" One shouldn't feel intimidated when approaching the reception desk. The two ladies at the front desk definitely need to observe proper greeting etiquette! When I asked where I could wait—since I was two hours early for check-in—I was told I could go home and wait there! This is a hotel I will never visit again.
Amazing stay
Great service and the food was really nice. The beach is really nice and there are a few pools too. Su Pyae Sone was really helpful and sweet. Would definitely recommend
