The St.Regis Abu Dhabi

We recently stayed at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi as a family, and it was genuinely one of those hotel experiences that stays with you long after you return home.

From the moment we arrived, check-in was quick and seamless, and the welcome hospitality offered to arriving guests was a lovely touch. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, exceptionally clean, and remarkably quiet, with very comfortable beds. Despite the hotel being very busy during our stay, the sound insulation and peaceful atmosphere were so impressive that we barely noticed it. It was only when we went down for breakfast and saw how many guests were there that we realized how full the hotel actually was.

The Wi-Fi was another excellent feature—very fast, reliable, and extremely easy to connect to throughout our stay.

What impressed us most, however, was the genuine care shown by the entire team. During our stay, we changed rooms while we were out, and the team handled the entire transfer for us. When we returned, every belonging had been carefully moved and arranged with remarkable attention to detail.

Housekeeping was excellent, with personal follow-up after cleaning to ensure everything was satisfactory. Room service was also remarkably responsive, with our requests handled quickly and efficiently.

The Valet team deserves special recognition. Even during an extremely busy wedding evening, everything remained smooth, organized, and efficient. A very special thank you to Nadim from Valet. His warmth and genuine hospitality made my family and me feel as though we had known him for years. People like Nadim are truly one of the keys to a guest’s happiness and make a hotel memorable.

Another experience perfectly captured the service culture of this hotel. On one occasion, I approached the Concierge with a request that I later realized should actually have been directed to Reception. Instead of simply redirecting me, the colleague at the Concierge assisted me completely, with patience, warmth, and a genuine smile. I actually apologized for approaching the wrong desk, and her gracious response was itself a wonderful example of hospitality. Moments like this make you feel genuinely at home.

My sincere thanks also go to Yasmine, Artcha, the Butler team, the colleagues who assisted us with check-in and our stay extension, and the many other wonderful team members whose names I unfortunately cannot remember. The smiles, positive energy, kindness, and willingness to help from everyone we encountered were noticeable throughout the day.

The pool and beach are wonderful—beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, well organized, and complemented by attentive service. Security throughout the hotel was also noticeable and gave us a very comfortable sense of safety without ever feeling intrusive.

Breakfast was another highlight. The restaurant is spacious and very well organized, with an excellent variety that genuinely caters to different tastes and nationalities. The restaurant team was outstanding: professional, efficient, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Requests were handled quickly and accurately, with genuine smiles and positive energy.

The lobby itself is beautiful—spacious, elegant, peaceful, and very tastefully designed. Even when the hotel was busy, it retained a calm and refined atmosphere.

The location is excellent as well. VOX Cinemas is within the same complex, Marina Mall is only around five minutes away by car, the Corniche is directly accessible on foot, and there are many restaurants and cafés nearby. For our family, the location could hardly have been more convenient.

We returned home to Saudi Arabia with wonderful memories. The property, rooms, facilities, beach, and location are all excellent, but what truly distinguishes The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is its people. The professionalism, genuine smiles, refined manners, and willingness to help made us feel not simply like hotel guests, but genuinely at home.

It was an unforgettable experience that left a very special impression on both me and my family.
