Amazing vacation so far❤
So far the experience was so nice. Especially kalpana, jaz, nessa, kaye they are amazing. The kids love to play and minggle with them. The food every breakfast was good. All the team and staff are friendly and approachable. Its so nice and amazing while staying at the hotel!
Amazing character appearances & fab location
My children and I stayed here for 4 nights in August 2026. The hotel is perfectly situated opposite WB park and a few minutes walk from Yas Waterworld. Both Ferrari World and Seaworld are a short drive away. The island offers complimentary shuttle buses which run every hour or you can take an Uber.
We stayed half board and the stay included park tickets. The children loved the characters in particular Scooby Doo, Tom & Jerry and Bugs Bunny.
The variety for breakfast and dinner is great and there is something for everyone. A shout-out to Head Chef Aliyana who went above and beyond with customer service. Thank you.
The kids club runs until 8pm. This was a downside. After spending the day at the park, then dinner at the hotel, it would be great if parents, especially solo parents, had some down-time. After all, it is a kids hotel.
The hotel stay was expensive and we spent most of the time in the parks. Bare this in mind when booking.

The dining room service was wonderful
The dining room service was wonderful, and the staff was attentive to every request, starting from eunice at the front desk, through Lawrence who manages the dining room expertly, to the chef who prepared food tailored personally for us.
