Hotel Review
Amazing location and an even more amazing team! A huge thank you to housekeeping for decorating my room and celebrating my birthday—you made my day! Special thanks to Jassal, Sayed from laundry services was truly amazing! He checked in on me constantly to make sure everything was perfect, and his warm, attentive care made me feel so well looked after, and Anaum (from Afaya restaurant, who was so delightful and helpful plus all of his recommendations are great!!). You all made my stay so smooth and made me feel completely at home. 🙏♥️
Exceptional Hospitality and a Wonderful Room Upgrade Thanks to Nancy!
We had a lovely experience at Traders Hotel Abu Dhabi, and a special mention goes to Nancy at reception, who made our stay even more memorable. She was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout the check-in process. She kindly upgraded our room from Deluxe to Premium, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our experience even more enjoyable. Her professionalism, friendly attitude, and genuine hospitality truly stood out. Thank you, Nancy, for making us feel so welcome and going the extra mile. Excellent service and a great reflection of the hotel’s hospitality!
