Beyond their value
Let me begin by saying that I was on a daddy daughter trip and I just sent a mail saying that and they upgraded us. It was a small gesture and it meant a lot. They also gave small goodies for my daughter and had an elephant origami towel which my daughter found extremely cute. Deepak was a bell boy who stood out as he genuinely helped us out through the entire trip, not just with the bags but with recommendations, getting cabs and all. So major Thank you to the entire W for making this trip wonderful.
More Than a Hotel Stay – A Wonderful Family Birthday Experience
An exceptional family stay at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island and a truly memorable experience from beginning to end.
The hotel has a fantastic location in the heart of Yas Island, making it extremely convenient for enjoying everything the island has to offer. Being so close to the major attractions and theme parks made our family vacation effortless, while the hotel itself was a wonderful place to come back to and relax after a full day out.
We were celebrating our daughter’s 9th birthday during the trip, and the team made the occasion genuinely special. The birthday setup and the attention they gave her were beautiful touches, and seeing how happy and excited she was throughout the stay made the whole experience even more memorable for us as a family.
The hotel has the distinctive style and atmosphere you expect from W — modern, vibrant and luxurious — but what impressed us most was the hospitality and the personal attention from the team.
A very special mention must go to Rana at reception. She was absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived: warm, charming, professional, and incredibly helpful, always welcoming us with a genuine smile. She has the kind of personality that immediately makes guests feel comfortable and looked after, and she certainly added something special to our stay.
From the location and atmosphere to the service and the thoughtful birthday celebration, everything came together perfectly. Our daughter enjoyed the hotel so much that it became one of the highlights of the entire vacation.
Thank you to the whole team at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island for making our family holiday and birthday celebration so special—and an extra thank you to Rana for her exceptional hospitality.

Da Best Service Ever!
How fancy this hotel was! I love how cool at the same time modern the architecture is.
Upon check-in we were greeted by the staffs and front desk/manager Bitto who by the way not only look polished but he’s incredibly welcoming and highly professional.
Credit to these following wonderful individuals: • Gift and Joel always helped us get a car and we love how they introduced us the AutoGo ride! So awesome! • Krizia always greeted us and putting that welcoming spirit makes the difference every morning when going in for a buffet. • Gazzaly & Augustine - oh boy! Talking about royalty, these two guys were terrific! Always making us feel special. For days that we’ve stayed here, we always got a special drink and a platter or fruit which was very overwhelming in a very good way. • Ronnie was amazing! Very polite, super sweet and kind. I am so glad to encounter a staff like him! • …and to all staffs, all of them are certainly wonderful and the service is superb! We are so spoiled by them.
Everything went well and the service is note than what we expected. They go beyond! They treat you like a friend at the same time VIP. Most especially Bitto! He deserves the best! He is outstanding for sure when it comes to service.
The buffet was amazing and worth having it when staying here. Food was excellent! Service excellent! Ambiance excellent! Cleanliness excellent!
The room is immaculate! So modern and clean. Spacious and comfortable.
Maybe if there’s one lil issue is about the laundry. I suggest to do it outside the hotel premises. It’s way too expensive here. Also, would be nice that before they do the laundry, they’ll give guests the total amount fee for it to avoid surprises on how it cost at the end. Thank goodness though the staff/s handle it with care and patience. We were able to resolve it.
Overall stay was positive and definitely considering this hotel to book on our next trip to Abu Dhabi. It’s worthy! You gotta need to check out this hotel too!

Absolutely amazing experience! We keep coming back every year and it never disappoints. The food, the service simply top notch. Huge thank you to our Saru, the server that took an amazing care of us.
