Thank you Karthigan for making our Second Home
Our stay at Grosvenor house is always a brilliant one. We came here for the second year in a row and they have yet again blown us away. From food, to all service in every element of the hotel. Our housekeeping Karthigan went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable one! I was experiencing some health issues this stay and he was so u derstanding and helped me feel at ease and at home. Dubai is our second home away from London and we will be back to Grosvenor house because of Karthigan and all of the staff here. Thank you all! See you soon
Another amazing stay
We have genuinely lost count of how many times we have stayed at the GH, and that probably says everything you need to know!
It truly is a wonderful hotel. The staff are absolutely fantastic and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel so welcome, and the level of service is consistently exceptional.
The GH is without a doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in. No matter where we travel in the world, we always find ourselves comparing every hotel to the GH and honestly, nothing ever comes close.
We look forward to every visit and would highly recommend the GH to anyone. It really does feel like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return.

Exceptional staff and service
A big thank you to Param and Abhi from F&B for remembering all our little breakfast preferences, Shamsheer at the door for making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived until we left, and Nataliya from the spa team for taking the time to show us around.
A special mention to Prathamesh, our bus driver, who kindly offered us his own water bottle when we were tired after our beach visit. Such a simple gesture, but one we truly appreciated.
And to Mr Ratheesh, the Sales Manager- heartfelt thank you for going the extra mile to make my birthday special by sending a surprise flowers bouquet, cake and beverages. It was special of you to personally come to see us while we were checking out. That really meant a lot.
TGH team made my special day even more special. It’s these little personal touches and genuine kindness that makes a stay memorable, building a rapport that makes a customer come back. Thank you to the entire TGH team for giving us the personalized service and making our stay so heartwarming!
