Absolutely loved Grosvenor House Hotel
Absolutely loved Grosvenor House Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortlessly classy — the kind of place that makes you briefly question whether you’ve accidentally become rich and important. Beautiful rooms, fantastic service, great location and staff who somehow manage to be professional, friendly and make you feel completely looked after without hovering. The only downside? Leaving. After a few days here, returning to normal life feels deeply unreasonable.

We are currently staying at grosvenor house hotel in dubai marina..the hotel and especially all staff are simply the best.they look after you so well.the nicest people of any hotel we have ever been to..the hotel bars and restaurants are amazing with first class service and lovely food.booking buddha bar for food is must.you get entertained with a show while having your meal and it really is something special..we are here till next week and already dont want to leave..thank you so much to every single member of staff at gosvenor house hotel..yous truly are the people..specisl mention to umesh at indigo by vineet,thank you…now off to enjoy the rest of our holiday..cheers..scott & ashley 1203

Exceptional stay
What can we say that has not been said about this hotel and the staff that make this place what it is. They get all the big stuff right but it’s the small details that makes it stand out. Hundreds of guests at breakfast but the young lady booking you in for breakfast remembered our name and room number after the first day, made you feel special. Had to rush through an evening meal as we had a show to go, came across when we were leaving as they thought something was wrong, that extra detail, making sure your stay was the best it could be, thank you to every member of staff that made our stay very special.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grosvenor House Dubai, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated to a truly 5-star experience. We were incredibly lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful two-bedroom suite, which was such a wonderful surprise and made our family stay even more special. The suite was spacious, luxurious and perfect for our family. A special mention must go to the gentleman at reception whose name unfortunately escapes me, but I remember his name started with “D”. His service was exceptional. He was incredibly welcoming, professional and helpful, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. His attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out. The food was excellent, with a fantastic choice and everything we tried was delicious. The service throughout the hotel was consistently attentive and friendly, which really added to the overall experience. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get around Dubai and enjoy everything the city has to offer. Overall, Grosvenor House delivered exactly what you would expect from a 5-star luxury hotel — exceptional service, beautiful accommodation, excellent food and a superb location. We would definitely return and highly recommend Grosvenor House Dubai to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. ⭐️✨

Absolutely exceptional – the best hotel we have ever stayed in!
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly special. The service throughout our stay was absolutely outstanding, with every member of staff going above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the attention to detail was second to none. Our room was absolutely immaculate and beautifully presented, and the stunning upgrade we received for our anniversary made our stay even more special. It was such a thoughtful surprise and really made our celebration one to remember. The hotel itself is simply breathtaking, with incredible facilities and some fantastic restaurants. The food, atmosphere and service in every restaurant we visited were exceptional, and there was such a wonderful choice that we were spoilt for choice. This truly is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the luxurious surroundings and immaculate rooms to the exceptional staff and incredible dining experiences, everything was perfect from start to finish. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and would absolutely love to return. A truly unforgettable stay and one that will be very difficult to beat! ❤️
