A Home Away from Home – Hospitality That Comes from the Heart ⭐
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Our stay was exceptional, thanks to the team’s warmth, professionalism, and thoughtful care.
The breakfast experience was outstanding. Special thanks to Abdu and Mary who greeted us warmly each morning and prepared my favorite cappuccino. Mary, Rose, Donna, Ali, Bhawan, Winnifred, Mohammed, and Lorraine as well as the caterers were also attentive, friendly, and professional. We had a good table prepared for us to seat and have our breakfast. The supervisors did an excellent job leading such a well-coordinated team, and the breakfast selection was delicious and varied.
When I became ill, the team showed exceptional kindness by checking on me and arranging breakfast in my room. Their compassion made me feel truly cared for. We also appreciated the thoughtful birthday cake and singing arranged for my partner. It was such a lovely surprise.
The Housekeeping Team, especially Samnath and his supervisor, kept our room spotless and added lovely towel artwork. The Reception Team, particularly Joylin, was welcoming, helpful, and efficient.
A special thank you to Rajesh, who also provided excellent service in the hotel’s happy hour section. His friendly and attentive service made our evenings even more enjoyable.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We leave with wonderful memories and look forward to returning.
