Overall the hotel is good.
The staff at Sirocco Restaurant in Holiday Inn Festival City are exceptionally responsible, friendly, respectful, and professional—without exceptions. I would especially like to mention the Mr. Muhammed and Ms. Diana; I have breakfast there every day, and sometimes dinner as well.

Great Breakfasts with Super Sercive
We had the breakfast in hotel restaurant and all staff especially Rajesh were friendly, attentive and so helpful. The food were nice they were served from the the buffet and inside the kitchen for items which was not in the buffet. I strongly recommend it.
