Best Experience
We have had the best experience at this Hotel specially the Manager Mr Talat who helped us with everything. Also Maribeth from the restaurant she gave us the best service possible. Would definitely come back just for the service we have had. Also the location for Dubai Mall & Fountain is just 10 mins walking distance that makes it ideal. Room service has also been spot on n the room are always clean n tidy when we come back. The atmosphere in the hotel is very nice also. Thanks to all the staff who made our experience so special. Best place to stay
If you are in need of a nice and not too big hotel look no further... Very central location, room was ver clean, staff was very friendly, and they had an amazing breakfast. We will come back, this time with our son!

Wonderful experience
Very good experienced. Nice staff members. Location very good as well, close to Dubai Mall, walking distance. Rooms are always kept tidy.
Exceptional Service, Delicious Breakfast & Perfect Location
I had an amazing stay at Hotel Boulevard. Everything was excellent, from the beautiful and comfortable rooms to the outstanding service throughout the hotel.
The location is also fantastic very convenient and close to everything, which made getting around Dubai really easy.
The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention. There was a great variety of food, everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. I especially want to thank Linda and Maribeth, who were always so kind, friendly, and welcoming. They made breakfast even more enjoyable with their warm smiles and excellent service.
The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
I also want to give a special thank you to Talaat at the reception. I had an issue with my card, and he was incredibly patient and helpful. He waited for me, assisted me with everything I needed, and made sure everything was taken care of. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help really made a difference.
The staff in general was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. You can really tell that they care about making guests feel comfortable and looked after.
Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Boulevard. The excellent location, delicious breakfast, cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and especially the wonderful staff made my stay a great experience. I would definitely stay here again! ❤️
Excellent experience – highly recommended
Excellent experience from start to finish. Everything was very well organized, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the place completely met our expectations.
A special thank you to Maribel at breakfast, who was always so kind and attentive. She was constantly checking that I was comfortable and making sure that nothing was missing from the table. Her attention to detail and warm service really made a difference.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai. I would happily come back!
