Not satisfied with the stay
We stayed for one night and the experience was not good first when we went for check in we had to wait for more than 45mins with no assistance,no welcome drinks nothing and after that there were no acknowledgement for keeping us wait as I am also working in hospitality this was not acceptable and the pool was closed due to some maintenance no activities only the good thing was HK staff there were soo good all thanks to them

Over all a perfect stay at the hotel. Everything from location, services and ambience were upto the mark. Staff everywhere was very polite and friendly. Might stay again soon.

Hyatt Regency with econolodge service
Its a Hyatt Regency building but with Econolodge service. Pros: good building and large rooms. Cons: Where do I begin...
- Very dissapointed that we had to verify that our room had lounge access, else check in person was denying our lounge access booked room during check in. I literally had to show them my booking on my Hyatt app.
- We had 2 rooms booked and requested connecting rooms, they did not provide us that.
- one of the rooms fridge was not working and upon complaining they said the already knew about it! and offered to move room! So basically they gave me a broken room and did not tell me about it. This seems like fraud to me.
- club access to other room as courtesy was not provided.
- All this even though we are explorist hyatt members!!!
- Valet parking was advertised as included but upon arrival was not provided due to whatever the hotel situation is.
- This hotel not only tried to hold back services we are paying for but also provided no courtesy either.
- Breakfast at Sofra was horrible, their bakery items were stale and tasted bad, nothing except omelet station was good. Definitely not worth the extra cost.
Overall we are very dissapointed and feel cheated at this Hyatt Regency. We have stayed at various Hyatt properties across continents and this by far is the worst
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek.
