Comfortable, easy going and superb staff
Great stay at the Creekside. Staff were fantastic and the room cool and the bed so comfortable.
So much gratitude to all who looked after me during my stay. 5 day trip for work and ultimately pleasure meeting so many good people in Dubai. Thanks to all. And Especially:

Housekeeping
Staying here at this hotel is the best choice, all the staff are nice and welcoming, special mention to Ms. Jeanne from housekeeping who clean my room nicely, she made sure that I feel comfortable staying in my room, she’s so friendly and very professional. Thankyou Ms. Jeanne
Amazing stay amazing staff would stay again
I chose the Creekside hotel for the positive reviews that it had. There were many I am also sceptical about reviews as I have the viewpoint that folk are paid to say such positive things. However the reviews that I read were right! This hotel is fantastic and well worth a visit.
The hotel was air-conditioned throughout and in the room it was managed manually so that you could enjoy the climate you like. The room had everything that you could need. If you forgot your toiletries they thought of it. Toothpaste, toothbrush soaps, shampoo and conditioner and body wash all in the bathroom. These were also topped up daily if you so required.
These restaurant had a great selection of food for breakfast and the chefs were more than happy to make omelettes, eggs how you like them waffles and more. The hotel are blessed with a team that are a credit to the company. We got along with all of them who were also happy to make our experience tremendous. Everyday and night we were greeted warmly sharing a joke or two with them. We got along with Emmanuel, kelvin and Faisan who went above and beyond to ensure we had what we wanted and our dining experience was the best it could be.
The outdoor swimming pool had all that we needed too including a very helpful polite and respectful professional Barry (deserves to be the bar manager SOON!)
Overall my experience with Creekside hotel was very very good and enjoyed everyday of my time there. I don’t think 🤔 have a negative to say that would stop you from booking there were some very very minor things but that is because I want to offer you a thorough review.
I will rate this hotel a 9.2 which includes value for money, location, decor, staff and food.
My stay was awesome and I would book to stay again thank you Creekside Hotel and all the wonderful staff

- ALL staff were friendly
- Staff were helpful
- Staff were knowledgeable
- Food was great
- The tv you could stream to it using phone, tablet or laptop
- All dining staff!!!

- Uber ride very easy to get to places you want to see
Slightly negative and picky points:
- Not a lot to do around the area
- Shower temperature I couldn’t get to my optimum temperature
- Tv didn’t have a great deal of choice
- Not in the main congested Dubai
