Jumeirah Emirates Towers

We spent a week in this wonderful hotel. We booked a junior suite. Unfortunately, the room was a little old and the carpet had several stains. However, the room and the bathroom were very clean, and the housekeeping worked hard and accurately.

They didn't have an open restaurant, just the Daefi lounge in the hotel lobby, but for us, it was enough. The gym was amazing and the pool small but cute.

Special thanks to the people who made our stay unforgettable. Thank you, Nischaf, you're the best host in the hotel. Thank you, Maria, for taking care of us in Mundo. Thanks also to Rex and Nigel.

Just back from another stay at Jumeirah Emirates Towers with my wife and son, and I wanted to take a moment to properly thank the team.

A special mention has to go to Ms, Donna, who looked after us at breakfast. She was warm, attentive and remembered exactly how we liked things without ever being asked twice. She did a fantastic job, and she was a big part of why our mornings started so well.

The manager, Mr Khaja Majeeth, was equally superb. He remembers all the regular guests, greets everyone personally, and has a way of making you feel genuinely welcome rather than simply processed. That kind of memory and care is rare anywhere, and it is exactly what keeps people coming back. And a special thanks to Monica Manalansan, the front desk manager, for arranging for us to check in earlier after our all-night flight from Tokyo.

It is worth saying that this was not the easiest period for the hotel. With the current situation in the region, occupancy was clearly well below normal, and a few of the usual services were restricted. Even so, the standard of hospitality never slipped. If anything, being remembered and looked after during a quieter time made the stay feel even more personal.

I have stayed in many hotels in Dubai, and I still rate Emirates Towers as the best business hotel in the city. Staying here is less like checking into a hotel and more like spending time with family and friends. It genuinely feels like a second home.

Thank you to everyone for making our stay so special. The whole team has done remarkably well under the circumstances. I look forward to coming back in September, hopefully under better conditions across the region, inshallah.
