II had a great stay at this hotel! The food was delicious, and the hospitality was excellent. The hotel is a great choice for both family and solo travellers, with a welcoming atmosphere and convenient access to public transportation. I would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful stay at Jaddaf
Me and wife and Child had a great stay, rooms very good and space ok. All staff friendly and they have free cake for daughter birthday 🥳

Extremely disappointing experience with Agoda
I made a hotel booking on the night of July 21. Agoda then sent me an email stating that my booking was not completed and that no booking had been made. Based on that official email, I contacted the hotel on July 22, and until around 3:00 PM, the hotel confirmed that there was no reservation under my name. I had no choice but to book the same hotel through another website.
Later, I discovered that Agoda had created another booking without sending me any confirmation email or notification. Because I was never informed, I ended up paying for another reservation unnecessarily.
This entire situation was caused by Agoda’s poor communication. If Agoda had informed me that a new booking had been created, I would never have booked through another website.
I have emails and screenshots proving that Agoda first informed me that no booking existed, yet later created another reservation without notifying me. This has been an extremely stressful and frustrating experience, and I expect Agoda to take responsibility and resolve this issue properly.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Absolute Disaster!! Strongly AVOID My stay was a nightmare from start to finish. If you value peace, cleanliness, and basic respect, do not book here. Hostile Front Desk: The reception agents on duty were incredibly rude and dismissive, displaying blatant bias and highly unequal treatment. To make matters worse, the front desk completely ignores in-room phone calls. Dirty Rooms & Smoke: The rooms are poorly cleaned. Despite booking a non-smoking floor, the corridors constantly reeked of cigarette smoke with zero policy enforcement. Abysmal Valet: The service is disorganized and sluggish. Expect to wait 25+ minutes every time you request your car. Noisy Environment: Constant, loud construction noise from the surrounding buildings makes it impossible to get any rest. A miserable, stressful experience. I will never return and strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
