I recently stayed at Paramount Hotel Dubai and honestly had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, very clean, and perfectly located with great views and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were professional and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the experience even better.
A special thank you to Thomas Nelson from the security team. He was incredibly respectful, attentive, professional, and always ready to assist whenever needed. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely makes guests feel safe and comfortable while still being friendly and approachable. You can tell he takes pride in his work, especially during the night shifts when staying alert and helpful matters the most.
