I had a wonderful experience at Pullman Hotel, especially because of the exceptional service from Thaw in the lunch area. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout the entire experience.
Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly made our lunch special. The service was 10/10, and Thaw deserves special recognition for the way she takes care of guests.
