Amazing stay!!!
We stayed here as a family for a week from 11th August - 18th August 2026. The hotel is super clean and the staff are brilliant. The hotel itself has a very modern feel to it, it's not super luxury but that was not what we were looking for. We wanted somewhere central so we could explore which is exactly what we got. I upgraded our room to a Burj Khalifa view room and the view was lovely. Breakfast was delicious every morning, this was served at the in house restaurant, TGI Fridays. There is a shop inside the hotel which is open 24/7 if you need anything, its sells quite a lot of things all reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be going back for sure.

Every year, we can hardly wait to come back to Dubai and see all of you again. We can never say “thank you” enough — for everything you do and, most of all, for the warmth and kindness you show us every single time.

Fantastic experience, will definitely be back
Had a really pleasant stay here! The room was super comfortable, but what made it extra special was the service at check-in. Nadia at the front desk was super helpful and hooked us up with a room that had an amazing view. Small gestures like that really make a difference. Everything went smoothly from start to finish—definitely a place I’d come back to.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is also in a fantastic location. One of the best things about it is the convenient access to Dubai Mall — you can simply walk through the tunnel and reach the mall in just around 5 minutes.
All the hotel staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. John and the entire reception team, as well as all the F&B staff, Chef Shukur, and the housekeeping team. Everyone provided excellent service and made us feel very comfortable.
The hotel also has a 24-hour supermarket inside, which is extremely convenient. Families with children will especially appreciate the PlayStation and computer gaming facilities — it’s clear that children have also been thoughtfully considered.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location in Dubai. Highly recommended!
