The lounge is excellent, the food prepared by the head chef priyanka is delicious, and the waiters megha and shin are extremely welcoming and patient.

Highly recommend
Sheraton is great property, wide range breakfast with continental, chinese, indian options. Great pool, sauna. Staff like Mr. Hims, Mr. Junaid are assets which go extra mile to make it special.

Review of Feast Restaurant in Sheraton Grand
We ate breakfast at the Feast Restaurant and was greeted by Jyoti in a very friendly and helpful manner. She guided us to our seats, where we were served drinks (coffee & hot chocolate) by Cornila, who was very cordial, followed by Hemz, who was kind to offer us assistance and other, as well as striking up friendly conversation. They also generously cleared our plates and cups when we were done with them. Towards the end of our meal, we were surprised with special complementary waffles that Chef Karla prepared for us so gracious. The rest of the staff, namely Anmol, Janet, and Chanda, were accomodating and sure to be of lovely service to us. Overall, our experience was wonderful, with a variety of food from different cultures and eating preferences to choose from and the staff always asking for our said preferences and needs.
Decent stay
Stayed here twice, most recently in March 2025. I was upgraded to a suite, which was a good size and very comfortable. The bed was also very good. There were a few housekeeping issues during my stay, but they were fixed promptly. Breakfast was quite extensive, with a good selection of dishes. The Club Lounge had excellent staff, although the food and snacks were just okay, nothing particularly special. I did enjoy the afternoon tea. The gym is well equipped, and I also liked the rooftop pool, which is a nice place to spend some time. The staff overall were professional and helpful. The only downside for me is the location. It’s very convenient for the World Trade Centre and business travel, but I don't find the area particularly convenient if you're mainly visiting Dubai as a tourist. Overall, a comfortable Sheraton with good facilities and professional service, although the Club Lounge and location could be better for a leisure stay.
