Serious Concerns about the wider ENNISMORE Brand
My experience at SLS Dubai was positive. It is an impressive property with a distinctive atmosphere, and what stood out most was the professionalism and genuine hospitality of the team.
Since that visit, however, I have been troubled by what has been reported about the closure of Our Habitas Tulum and, particularly, by accounts from employees regarding the support they received during that process.
It has made me look differently at the wider Ennismore group. Great hospitality is not just created through design, restaurants, new openings or exciting destinations. Ultimately, it is created by the people working inside those properties. Although I have nothing but positive things to say about the SLS Dubai team and my stay itself, I have decided that, for the time being, I will not choose Ennismore hotels or restaurants for my future travels.
I would like to see the situation concerning the affected Tulum employees addressed fairly before reconsidering that decision.
I hope Ennismore takes the concerns surrounding Tulum seriously. A hospitality group's reputation is shaped not only by how successfully it grows, but also by how it supports its people when circumstances become difficult. The exceptional employees I encountered at SLS Dubai are a reminder that the people behind these brands are ultimately their greatest asset.

I have stayed at SLS Dubai several times, and every visit continues to remind me why this is my favorite hotel in Dubai. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the difference — the atmosphere, the design, the attention to detail, and above all, the exceptional level of hospitality.
Everything about the experience deserves a 5-star rating: the rooms, cleanliness, location, facilities, restaurants, atmosphere, and most importantly, the service. The entire team consistently makes guests feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely valued.
I would also like to give a very special mention to Sara from the Reception team. Her professionalism, kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. Sara was always attentive to my requests and went out of her way to assist me whenever I needed anything.
What I appreciate most is that her service feels genuine. She does not simply do her job — she makes you feel that your comfort and satisfaction truly matter. This kind of personal attention is exactly what makes a hotel memorable.
Sara deserves the highest possible rating for her outstanding service and dedication. She is a wonderful representative of SLS Dubai, and I hope her efforts are recognized and appreciated by the management.
