Unforgettable memories at the Sofitel Obelisk
Excellent service, professional and attentive staff, at the lobby, the cafe where we had afternoon tea and the lounge on the 51st floor; special thanks to Sadeepa who looked after us during breakfast, he was very approachable and caring!
Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk Rssidences Review
I live here for a year now in the residences part of Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk and currenrtly renewing our contract for another year.
It is only me and my husband in this huge studio residence with the view of Raffles and the Wafi Mall that is connected directly in the hotel. I love the convenience of going down to the ground floor and the mall is just right there. There are heaps of restaurants around but our favourite is the cCafferty's Irish Bar & Restaurant Wafi. We could havea drink and not care about taking a cab as it is only walking distance inside the mall.
Maintenance is fast when something needs fixing.
Cleaners, shout out to Buddhi and Sunita as they are top-notched ones. They are thorough in cleaning unlike the other cleaners that skip some of the jobs and quick. These two are exceptionally thorough in cleaning, polite, respectful, have smiles on their faces all the time, professionals, absolutely love it when it is them who are assigned to my place.
The hotel is well maintained overall. Gym and pool are good to use for female and male. The spa area is separated for male and female that has its own jaccuzi, steam room, sauna, shower, lockers and changing rooms.
Location is not far to the airport, 5mins walk to the train station, pubs, resto, carrefour coffee shops are all closeby, cinema, salons etc. I have nothing else to ask for.

Had a gorgeous roast dinner in The Nine! Lovely food, ambience, service and complimentary valet.

At the Sofitel The Obelisk Our dining experience was absolutely marvellous Our hosts Mary & Dashisha were very attentive & could not do more for us They attended to our every need & request I would rate them 10/10 Our room was everything we had hoped for & more as was the hotel One of the best hotels we have ever been in Great value, great atmosphere Can recommend 100% If ever in Dubai again will definitely be back

Exceptional hospitality and outstanding service! A special thank you to the wonderful staff members Mr. Mohammed Elhellw and Mr. Hussain who went above and beyond to help us find two rooms closer together so that I could stay near my kids. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the process. His professionalism and warm hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. This level of service makes such a difference to a family’s stay. Thank you for making our experience so much more comfortable and enjoyable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
