Outstanding hotel
I am pleased to recommend this staff Mr Khalid for promotion in recognition of his dedication, hard work, and excellent performance as a hotel room attendant.
He consistently carries out his duties with great responsibility and attention to detail. He takes pride in ensuring that every guest room is cleaned thoroughly, hygienically, and to the high standards expected by your hotel. He is punctual, reliable, hardworking, and always willing to assist his colleagues whenever needed.
He demonstrates a positive attitude even during busy periods and manages his workload efficiently while maintaining the quality of his work. He respects hotel policies, treats guests and colleagues with courtesy, and understands the importance of maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.
Great experience
Had a really great experience at this spa! The massage was excellent and very relaxing, and the reception staff especially Grace were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Great service overall.

Housekeeping
I want to share my great experience with the housekeeping service during my stay, especially praising Khalid. From day one, Khalid showed a high level of professional dedication. He kept the room extremely clean, fresh, and tidy, paying close attention to every small detail. The bed was neatly made, the bathroom was spotless, and all room supplies were thoughtfully organized and replenished.
