Good hotel but the restaurant refuse to charge my room
I was booked into another sister hotel but when I arrive there I was diverted to this one. I missed the communication as it came very late during my flight. The reception arranged for the transfer through a taxi and checking in was smooth. The hotel proximity to Dubai mall and the related tourist attractions is a plus. There is a very nice sports bar linked to the hotel. However, the restaurant of the hotel refused to charge my room, which was a major issue inconvenience. All in all good hotel
