Fantastic hotel in an ideal location
Had a lovely stay at the Palace Downtown. The room was great and all the staff were lovely and courteous seeing to our every needs. Special kudos to Sami and Santosh for helping us checkout and leave on time for the airport. It was much appreciated

Meeting with my coworker
Great atmosphere, nice place to visit and a great view, thanks to Anna bel for taking care of us. Appreciate her hospitality, and her willingness to help us with the drinks and food. Especially the promotion with coffee and pastries.
Pool service
The service by Nelson at the pool was excellent. He was professional and prompt with our order.
