A Heartfelt Appreciation for Dalipa – An Outstanding Member of the Concierge Team
I recently had the pleasure of visiting your hotel with my clients to explore the property, view some of the rooms, and experience the hospitality and facilities you have to offer. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to one of your wonderful concierge team members, Mr. Dalipa, who made our visit truly memorable. Dalipa welcomed us with a positive attitude, exceptional professionalism, and genuine warmth. He personally showed us around the hotel, guided us through the rooms, and ensured that our visit was both pleasant and informative. His outstanding hospitality, professional approach, and friendly personality made an excellent impression on both me and my clients. He is truly an asset to your hotel and a wonderful ambassador of your brand. What impressed me most was that our experience was not simply about the building or its facilities; it was about the people who bring the hotel to life. Dalipa's exceptional service and positive energy are precisely the reasons we look forward to returning and bringing more business to your property. I am genuinely grateful for his outstanding assistance and the memorable experience he provided. Employees like Dalipa demonstrate the true meaning of hospitality and make guests feel valued and welcomed. Thank you, Dalipa, for your wonderful service, professionalism, and warm hospitality. Your dedication is truly appreciated, and we look forward to seeing you again on our next visit. Keep up the excellent work, Dalipa! You are a credit to your team and your hotel. Thank you dileepa

We stayed here, and were blown away by the level of care from the staff. The front desk team greeted us warmly upon arrival and even helped us secure a free room upgrade. Our room was spacious, spotless, and featured an extremely comfortable bed with great view of the city.and one of your staff the name is dileepa from concierge he was very kind always assist with our request. Special thanks to him.The breakfast buffet had a massive variety of fresh, hot choices, and the location made it so easy to walk to nearby cafes and transit stations. We cannot wait to come back!"
