We had a wonderful stay at First Collection Hotel Marina while celebrating our baby's first birthday, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was incredibly warm, kind, and accommodating. The team at the lobby made us feel welcome, and the housekeeping staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Golunkan from the housekeeping team. His patience, kindness, and genuine willingness to help made our stay even more comfortable. Since we were traveling with a small baby, we often needed extra assistance, and he was always there with a smile, ready to provide whatever we needed for our room. His outstanding hospitality truly made a difference. The hotel's excellent service, friendly staff, and welcoming atmosphere made our family celebration even more memorable.
