Horrible experience
Had a horrible experience. We found a large insect in the room, so the room was changed. Unfortunately, the bathtub in the new room was broken as well. We informed the receptionist, but received no response or proper assistance.
We also requested plates and cutlery, but were told that these would be charged separately, which was quite ridiculous and disappointing for a hotel stay. Overall, a very frustrating experience with poor service and lack of attention to guest concerns.
DISGUSTING
Very disappointing experience at Montereal Hotel Barsha. The room they gave us had a very bad smell as soon as we entered. To make things worse, there was even a cigarette left inside the fridge, which clearly shows the room was not cleaned properly before check-in. The towels provided were also dirty and looked unhygienic.
