Housekeeping
We had a very pleasant 7 night stay at the Ja Lake View hotel/resort. Staff made our stay very enjoyable and our room house keeper was Aftab for room numbers 0227,0228 and 0229. Our rooms very kept very clean

The service is very excellent The room is clean and comfortable The staff were very friendly and helpful The facilities were so great and family’s friendly Thanks to Menchie who assisted us during our stay from check in to our departure. She made our stay memorable.

I would like to sincerely thank the wonderful team at JA Lake Resort for making our stay so enjoyable. A special thank you to Chef Noor for his delicious food, beautiful and elegant presentation, and for always welcoming guests with such a warm and smiling face. I would also like to thank the cleaning staff, especially Polla, for his great effort and excellent service. A special thank you as well to Sulith at the reception for her kindness, warm welcome, and excellent service. And a big thank you to all the drivers of the small white shuttle cars around the resort. It’s not our first time but will be coming again. Everything is amazing We enjoyed our stay We booked the biggest room in Lake View and it’s worth it We love the JA Resort Especially Menchie who assisted us during our stay.
