Atlantis The Royal

We stayed for 5 nights in Atlantis The Royal and this was definitely the best holiday in our lives. Been to many resorts in Turkey before, like Regnum or Cullinan, but it was time for an upgrade. And it truly was...

Arrived around 7AM and we got access to the facilities and our room on the spot. A big thank you for that. The room, a Palmscape Queen located on the 42nd floor had breathtaking views, incredible amenities and was very comfortable. They go that far with amenities that even in the evenings, during the turndown service, they provide you small gifts like essential oils, melatonin cream and so on. The Chopard and Graff toiletries are next level. There's plenty of water bottles provided complimentary daily, as well as tea and coffee. No need to mention that the room was, like the entire resort, sparkling clean.

Breakfast at Gastronomy was a gorgeous, a lot of options, everything delicious, high-end. Same for the dinner, we paid access to the buffet, the food and the service were top notch. Other restaurants are the highest quality as well. Through the day, at the Royal pool, the beach and at Nobu you receive complimentary still or sparkling water, some small nice gifts like ice cream, and the rest is menu based. I loved the selection of sunscreens and oils, since I really needed that as I forgot to get mine from the room.

The areas are beautiful, the fountains make memorable shows, the acces to Aquaventure is also very great. Simply perfect.

Moreover, we celebrated an anniversary and they helped me organize the surprise and did a lot more than I expected. We will definitely never forget this anniversary. Many thanks to Lorena and the entire Royal Services Team. Lorena was really incredible in supporting me organizing this surprise.

Overall, the most important aspect was the staff, their warm attitude, attentive approach and high professionalism. Although everyone was very professional and nice, would like to thank especially mrs. Galina from Nobu, mrs. Lorena from the Royal Services Team, mrs. Cherry from the Royal Tearoom, the entire housekeeping, reception and Gastronomy teams since we interacted mostly with them and they were always very very nice.

3rd time Back to this hotel and this time was the best experience we have had there.. Would also like to Thank Kishan who works on the beach for going out his way to get me bottled water as I found drinking out of cans hard work lol.. Kieran from Nobu by the beach was so helpful and is a credit to the hotel.. Fortunate the housekeeping lady can not praise her enough went above and beyond to clean and leave little nice touches to the room.. Keep up the good work
