I had a wonderful experience with the hotel, especially with the reservation assistance provided by Trisha Dey. She was extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the booking process.
Trisha was very patient in answering all my questions and made sure that everything was clearly explained and arranged according to my requirements. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made the entire reservation process smooth.

A unique experience
We have had an exceptional stay at the Hilton Jumeriah Palm hotel for the last 7 days. The hotel has accommodated our every need and have ensured our stay was comfortable and memorable. We have been spoilt by the views and luxury provided by the Royal Suite which provided ample room for our family. A huge thank you to Mr Ahmed from guest reservations for making our stay a unique experience. Sunia at breakfast very accommodating for our families requests and a lovely host always smiling and hospitable during a very busy service. Special mention to Ameila in house keeping always maintaining the apartment to the best standards of hygiene. Very impressed with her manor of supporting our needs. We look forward to returning soon.
