I would like to thank two wonderful members of the Kempinski team — Saicharan and Shah Alam, who took care of my room 128. They did an excellent job. The room was always perfectly clean, tidy, and pleasant to stay in. I would especially like to mention their politeness, friendliness, and very responsible attitude toward their work. A big thank you to Saicharan and Shah Alam for the excellent service and care they showed to their guests! Employees like them truly help create the high level of service that Kempinski is known for. Housekeeping
the housekeeping team was perfect, my room was always perfectly clean. The supervisor Bhanu and Ramandeep and Shamim (i don’t know if the names are well written sorry..) they did a really good job. thank you
Remarkable service in a luxurious hotel
The hotel is amazing, the suite is spacious and very well furnished, the pool and garden are beautiful and all the hotel facilities are perfect. The view is also spectacular and there is an overall mix of relaxation and luxury that we rarely experienced before. However what made this experience unique was not the venue but the staff as their dedication made our experience unforgettable. The people in charge of the clearing were extremely efficient as the room was spotless to a level I have rarely seen, the concierge team was amazing (Mujibur Rahman and Bashir Kuwaki made an incredible work to satisfy some of our not so easy to satisfy requests), the same can be said of the people at the pool, the beach and so on. In a word staying at Kempinski is like being in a luxurious apparement with all possible facilities and surrounded by friendly neighbours.
