Staycation for a night
I had a wonderful one-night stay at Aloft with my friends. The hotel’s lively atmosphere and the team’s warm hospitality made our experience truly enjoyable.
Special thanks to Imad and the entire Reception team for the warm welcome and smooth assistance throughout our stay.
Our sincere appreciation goes to Amarnat, the Restaurant Manager, for ensuring we had an excellent breakfast experience, and to Aira, the F&B Coordinator, for her attentive service. Thank you also to Aki, the F&B Hostess, for welcoming us warmly, and to Christine and Sagar from the F&B team for taking great care of us.
A special mention to the chef at the egg station for preparing a delicious breakfast and serving us with a smile.
Thank you as well to Nay and Rish from the Bell Desk for their helpful assistance, Vikram from Housekeeping for keeping our room clean and comfortable, and Omar from Reservations for his support with our booking.
It was also lovely meeting Ligaya in the lobby. Thank you to the entire Aloft team for making our short stay memorable. We look forward to visiting again!
I’ve never felt very at home in a hotel
We stayed over for a 1 night get together with friends. One of my friend reccomended the hotel to us. Just enough distance from the city to both relax and enjoy. Emad checked us in. While waiting Aira and Aki approached us and was very friendly. They asked about our plans and even asked us if we have any soecific request for breakfast. The rooms are great and spacious enough. The water temp in the shower is perfectly controlled. My son enjoyed the covered kids pool.
The breakfast experience is great. Everyone is making sure they checked on every guests. Amarnath, the restaurant Manager checked with us. Christine and Sagar where also there and my son has became very familiar with Aki. There where a lot of names I have missed. We have met with Ligaya who also checked with us for our stat. And I honestly would have loved to mention all of them but it would take hundreds of pages 😊. We will definitely be back not just for the hotel itself but for the service. It makes you feel at home.
