A+ hotel in every sense
There are many good things to say about Raffles the palm.It's an outhotel in every way.The location is perfect,the rooms,furnished art deco style,and are very comfortable.
All the staff,from those on the front desk to those serving breakfast,to the fabulous housekeeping,are always pleasant and helpful,Melanie was mostly welcoming with great attention,Nyoman,Jane,Ana,they all went above and beyond.There's nothing not to like!

I had a wonderful experience at Raffles The Palm. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the food quality was absolutely amazing.
A special thank you to Ms Melina, Mr Tony, Faith from the Lounge, and Sherif for their outstanding performance, professionalism, and genuine care for the guests. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and dedication truly made my experience memorable. The food was excellent, with fantastic quality, taste, and presentation. Every detail throughout the hotel reflected the high standards and elegance of Raffles.
