Having been to The Fairmont the Palm for several years and always stayed in the Gold Lounge, this stay was very disappointing. Staff in the lounge were unattentive and service was very slow. The selection of canapés was also very poor and not replenished. Staff actually seemed put out when you asked for anything. Previous stays cans of juice have been served in the lounge and guests were able to help themselves, however on this stay it was flat glasses of fizzy juice eventually served. The rooms are also looking tired and not the cleanest.

Memorable Stay❤️
I had a wonderful first-time stay at Fairmont The Palm, and it was truly a memorable experience from start to finish. The service was excellent, and the entire team made me feel very welcome and well taken care of.
A special mention goes to Jennilyn from the Front Office, who provided exceptional service throughout my stay. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help were outstanding. With Jen, it genuinely felt like nothing is impossible, she always went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of.
Thank you to Jen and the entire Fairmont The Palm team for making my first stay such a special and unforgettable experience. I look forward to coming back again!

Lovely stay
We had a lovely girls stay at the fairmont. Special mention to Harry at the pool who was wonderful and made our day.
It's ok
we arrived at the restaurant five minutes late and were told that we had called in saying that we are going to be 30 minutes late which we hadn’t so had to wait Food was okay however the waiter was attentive and pleasant
