Mall of the Emirates is a 10 minute drive away from the Jumeirah Hotel. Souk Madinat Jumeirah is a 10 minute stroll from the hotel. Dubai International Airport is 20 km away. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only on balconies and designated areas in restaurants and bars. Following the direction of the Dubai Department of Economic Development and as part of our commitment to the health and safety of our guests and employees. we have temporarily suspended operations at Wild Wadi Waterpark. Kids Clubs Spas Fitness Centres and bars in our hotels until 31 March 2020. The situation will be continually re-evaluated with the authorities.

Best hotel in Dubai!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An incredible team that made me come back
I recently stayed at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and honestly, the staff here are what set this hotel apart. Midway through my trip I actually moved to another hotel — but the experience there didn’t compare, so I cancelled that booking and came straight back to Jumeirah Beach Hotel. That should tell you everything.
Reception – Airah and Quin: Both were exceptional. Efficient, professional, and genuinely warm — they even let me choose my own room, which made me feel valued as a guest from the moment I walked in. If I could give them 10 out of 5, I would.
Housekeeping – Shuman: Kept my room spotless and was always thoughtful and attentive.
Beach area – Hassan and Rahad: Fantastic presence on the beach — friendly, helpful, and made relaxing there so much easier.
Breakfast team: Every single person I encountered at breakfast was kind and professional, making the mornings a genuine highlight.
There’s a warmth and professionalism running through this entire team that you can feel the moment you arrive. It’s rare to find a hotel where every single staff member — from reception to housekeeping to the beach to breakfast — is this consistently excellent. Huge thanks to Airah, Quin, Shuman, Hassan, Rahad, and the whole breakfast team for making this stay so memorable.
Jumeirah circle
We had a fantastic experience at the Jumeirah circle kids club Kids club was a one of the highlights our stay the children had such a great time and were always excited to go back A special thanks to Priyam Kadri and dishani for being so caring they were wonderful with the kids and made them comfortable We will back soon
Exploring kids club
The new kids club offers a very nice experience for kids.They are very happy and enjoyed the molding and casting.The staff really make the experience amazing especial mention @ Richie,shiely,dishani and priyam for helping them and engaged my kids. Thank you for a memorable experience
Not the same Jumeirah
Jumeirah is the not the same Jumeirah experience as it was over the previous years.
Historically we have stayed at Dar Al Masyaf x3 Mina Salam x1 Al naseem x1 Zabeel saray x4 (now as a family of 5)
And now Jumeirah Beach hotel. Upon arrival our room wasn’t ready bear in mind we have just spent 8 nights at Anantara the Palm under same booking reservation. The hotel didn’t have connecting rooms available (as Ananatara did and had organised prior to our check in). This was organised eventually but we had a delayed check in.
First day by the pool and the main pool at JBH was extremely busy. 2 members of staff said you “may be able to use other jumeirah pools as per staff discretionary”. We got to Marsa Al Arab and they advised no, so we went to Al Naseem and again we were told no. We are only day 2 into our stay and we have certainly not had the wonderful “Jumeirah Experience” You once used to get and be able to use resort facilities.
In addition so many facilities are closed including the water park and they no longer allow the abra boat rides. This is no longer has an exclusivity feel to the “Jumeirah sister resorts”. In addition breakfast is also served on the hotels conference ball room and the vicinity does by give you a calm relaxed feeling albeit works are on- going but guests should have alternate options.
Sorry Jumeirah but your standards have certainly dropped.
