Following the direction of the Dubai Department of Economic Development and as part of our commitment to the health and safety of our guests and employees. we have temporarily suspended operations at Wild Wadi Waterpark. Kids Clubs Spas Fitness Centres and bars in our hotels until 31 March 2020. The situation will be continually re-evaluated with the authorities.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional superb Stay at Mina A’Salam
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mina A’Salam. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality, attention to detail, and excellent service made our stay truly unforgettable.
A very special thank you to amazing Ms Fatma from Al Qasr Hotel, Ms Kelly, Mr Carl and Mr Roy for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. You made us feel very welcome and well cared for throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Kitchen Chef Mikel, one of the best chefs! The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and made with great care and passion. We truly enjoyed every meal.
And a very special mention to Rana, who looked after us so wonderfully during breakfast. His friendly smile, attentiveness, and excellent service made our mornings even more enjoyable. He always made sure everything was perfect and that we started our day with a wonderful experience.
Last but certainly not least, a huge thank you to our Buggy Boy, Jonaid! He gave us an amazing tour through Jumeirah, showing us the area with such enthusiasm and great energy. It was a fantastic experience and one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you, Jonaid, for making the tour so much fun and memorable!

Exceptional Jumeirah Mina A'Salam
Our stay at Jumeirah Mina A'Salam was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality that one hopes for from a luxury resort. The check-in experience was seamless and wonderfully attentive - thank you Chen. A special mention to Shishir our buggy driver who was an absolute pleasure. He took the time to show us the beautiful surroundings and point out different areas of the resort, his warmth, knowledge and willingness to help made a lasting impression. We would also like to recognise Akram in the breakfast room, his attentiveness and gracious service were exceptional, he made us feel genuinely welcomed each morning. Once again Dilip on the abra, who is always a pleasure to see, his smiling face and wonderful personality make the ride a truly enjoyable experience. Mina A'Salam ofers that rare combination of luxury, genuine hospitality and a relaxed atmosphere, and we are looking forward to return. It was a beautiful stay that exceeded our expectations.

19 years of amazing holidays here and still loving this resort.
Having returned home from yet another wonderful stay l would like to thank so many of the team who truly made our stay so very enjoyable. From arrival the doormen/porters greet you with beaming smiles and whisk you off to reception. At reception Diego was a most charming and efficient gentleman, paperwork completed quickly and off to our room where the luggage was already waiting for us. As we never travel light… an extra clothes rail shoe rack and even a clothes airer for the balcony was ready in our room along with some delicious treats and fruits.
Breakfast in Hanaya – well have to say this has improved yet again, the chefs are so happy to oblige your every wish delicious fresh juices and a huge selection of foods available at every station. Special mention goes to the delicious coffees and lates made for us – unfortunately l don’t know all the colleagues names. Each day one of the chefs hand delivered to our table some beautiful French toast with fruits how lovely that was. All colleagues and management in Hanaya were particularly friendly and welcoming. Its such a lovely start to the day.
Pauline was our housekeeper and an absolute marvel at her work. The standard of cleaning and thoughtful touches were greatly appreciated; everything was spotless the bath – shower sink. Toiletries replenished daily, fluffy towels and robes in abundance and such a welcoming soft bed. We were even visited a few times by Alam Mehboob housekeeping Assistant Manager to ensure we were happy; he is so kind he hand delivered beautiful flowers to me on 2 occasions. What a great team he runs.
We stayed club level and knew the Amal lounge would not be open and as such afternoon tea and evening canapes/drinks were to be served in the lobby Al Samar lounge, the girls there Cindy Juliet & Ezal were excellent. Unfortunately, the manager of the Al Samar lounge was very dismissive and when there were no tables available was completely disinterested, however Trishana from the Amal Lounge resolved the situation for us. Trishana was as usual very welcoming and happy to assist in any way she could. We shall look forward to our next visit to being back in The Amal Lounge with her and her fabulous team.
The Beach team are the best Ismail and so many of them greet you with smiles and happy to spend time chatting even in 40 plus degrees heat they do a great job. It must be said as do the lifeguards at the pool – we were disappointed one day to see a very rude woman pointing and shouting at the lifeguard who had asked her to stay with her very young child in the pool as she was some distance away from the pool– she took offence at this and was rude it was very uncalled for as safety was the lifeguards priority.

I let the hotel know in advance that I’d be celebrating my birthday, and the team at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam went above and beyond to make it special with a thoughtful surprise. I was genuinely touched and so grateful.
We love everything about this hotel, from the beautiful rooms and exceptional service to the delicious breakfast and stunning beach. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!
