The luxury One & Only Spa is located within the Residence & Spa zone. Kick back and relax in one of the 12 treatment rooms, enjoy a selection of treatments such as facials, manicures, pedicures and Ayurveda inspired massages. Guests can also take advantage of the on-site gym and large swimming pool, as well as some of the other swimming pools within the One & Only resort.

The one and only Residence in 2026
This was our second visit to the Residence after ten years and curious to see if it’s retained its excellent reputation. With so many new Dubai hotels offering so many different experiences could the one & only mirage compete in 2026?
Som many of the Residents guests are repeat visitors. We heard this mentioned time and time again by guests whom looked genuinely pleased to return.
We were there for a wedding anniversary & my wife was presented with a beautiful bouquet of flowers upon arrival. This was an especially thoughtful gesture.
If there was one thing I would highlight about the Residence is the service & the attention the staff pay to guests. From the breakfast team superbly managed by Felix to the poolside team constantly offering guests little treats such as free water / snacks / sunscreen / sunglass cleaning. It’s the little things here that count.
Special shout out to the front desk staff who were able to help with any requests.
We were on a half board option and I recommend this as dinner and drinks are not cheap. Half board also lets you eat at a number of restaurants at the Arabian Court.
Highly recommend eating at Trescind if you like Michelin star Indian cooking. Half board package gets you 25% off the total bill. Well worth it.
There are things that I think could be improved. The rooms haven’t been upgraded in over 10 years & this shows. The room telephones / TV all need an urgent refresh. The gym has only 4 running machines for over 452 room and suite guests & the gym desperately needs expanding if it is to keep up with other hotels Drinks are expensive with £12 for a bottle of beer in room & £25 for a glass of wine in restaurant.
There was a lovely ritual at the end where my wife and I were given one and only coins and we were asked to make a wish and throw them into the central fountain. This was an especially nice touch & something that we carried home with us.
There are high parts of the hotel closed for renovations and I really hope that all the rooms receive the upgrades they truly deserved.

The Residence ..a special place
Just back from a 10 night stay at the Residence at O&O Really fabulous stay loved the exclusivity and staff attention to detail. Highlights was the pool service and staff there. Also The Dining Room new Manager Felix so personable and eager for to give exemplary service and set high standards. All staff really Caring and genuine to make you’re stay the best it can be. Yes there is building work all around high buildings and cranes. The beach sand really well maintained seaweed evident in seawater No clear view out to distant sea as it has been built up The Palace to undergo extensive renovations so totally closed although outdoor restaurants are going to open. If these things don’t matter to much you will absolutely have the best time.

Wonderful and unique experience
An exceptional stay at One&Only Royal Mirage – Arabian Court
We recently spent five wonderful nights at the One&Only Royal Mirage, Arabian Court, travelling together as a father and my 30-year-old son. We had two separate double rooms, which worked perfectly for us, and from the moment we arrived, the entire experience was exceptional.
Everything about our stay was first class. From the ease and accessibility of the hotel, to the beautiful surroundings, immaculate housekeeping, wonderful restaurants and consistently attentive service, we really could not fault a thing. Every detail seemed to have been thought of, and the staff throughout the hotel were warm, professional and genuinely welcoming.
However, I would especially like to mention Linn, one of the managers at reception. I’m sorry that I don’t know his surname, but I hope the hotel will recognise him from this review.
Linn was absolutely superb. He could not have done more for us and went out of his way to make sure that everything was right. His kindness, professionalism and genuine willingness to help made a real difference to our stay. It is people like Linn who turn an already beautiful hotel into somewhere truly special.
We have stayed in many lovely hotels, but the One&Only Royal Mirage stands out for the quality of its service, the attention to detail and, above all, the people who work there.
A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to Linn, for making our five nights in Arabian Court so memorable. We left feeling extremely well looked after and would be delighted to return.
A truly exceptional experience — highly recommended.

5 star experience
The most incredible 5 days in Dubai. Hotel excellent, food and service 5 stars. Special mention to the staff in Eau Zone in particular Raditya, Marjorie and the charming Christo. You are all a credit to the hotel. We will return.
Great revisit
We stayed as a family at the Arabian court for 5 days. Having stayed there some many years ago as a couple, the property and upkeep still loved up to expectations.
The location is brilliant and very easy to get around Dubai.
The rooms are slightly small for Dubai standards but the housekeeping team, namely, Abhishek and team looked after our room well.
The pool area was lovely and clean, and there is a shallow kids pool with a small slide which was popular!
We chose a half board package, due to the closure of the other properties (which we were informed at booking) at the time of our stay , dinner choices were a little limited but we enjoyed a great breakfast and the dinner options available were of a good standard. The service was fabulous and the team did what they could to ensure we had cuisine that suited our requirements. Thank you to Nihar, Pawan, Tony, Sreerej and Wilmar Leau for all going out their way as well as all the other staff that served us!
Overall we had a lovely stay!
