Wonderful stay – our second time here!
This is our second stay at Rixos, and once again, we are absolutely delighted. The hotel is beautiful, the food is excellent, and the service is outstanding. From the moment you arrive, you feel truly welcome and well taken care of.
A very special thank you to Maheswara, who took such wonderful care of us at the beach! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, warm, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His positive attitude and kind personality made our time at the beach even more enjoyable. Employees like him truly make a difference and make guests feel special!
We have once again had a wonderful time here and will definitely be happy to return. A big thank you to the entire Rixos team, and especially to Maheswara, for the amazing service! ❤️
