Great stay with kids
We had a brilliant stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai and would definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic — peaceful, private and away from the hustle and bustle, while still having beautiful views and easy access to everything you need. Taxis readily available and shuttle to the mall.
The whole resort has a lovely atmosphere, with a relaxed and welcoming feel. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, and the housekeeping team did a great job throughout our stay.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive and always happy to help, which made such a difference to our holiday. Never a wait for a sunlounger, as soon as we got to the pool (even midday and sometimes layer) staff would arrange beds for us straight away and take drinks orders.
A special shoutout to Khem at the Breeze Bar — he was fantastic! Always friendly, professional and went out of his way to make sure we were looked after. His service really stood out and deserves a special mention.
The buffet at lunch and dinner was a bit repetitive, which I would say was the only downside, but it was still great quality food and enjoyable rather than the bland overproduced foods you usually get at all inclusive.
The kids activities were limited due to the season and heat. But they still enjoyed the splash pool, which tired them out so they weren’t too bothered there wasn’t late night entertainment.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Rixos The Palm and would happily return. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!
Exercise Classes
Irem and Yagmur classes were brilliant ! Would recommend making time for these classes anti gravity yoga & mini reformers I would give 5star for both teachers both very helpful and the fact it was a reformer machine I still got the shakes
Summer holiday family stay
Fantastic family holiday. Staff went above and beyond to make sure the stay was perfect. Food was varied and amazing, pools were large with enough space to cater for everyone. Kids club catered really well for younger children, a little lacking for 8+, although daily activities for them were brilliant. Rooms were well stocked and cleaned to a high standard with nothing to much trouble. Nakib and Amrita did a fab job and always checked if we needed anything else. Highly recommend for an AI family holiday.
Excellent Shisha by Abdelrahman at Nargile Bar
I had an amazing shisha experience at Nargile Bar with Abdelrahman The shisha was smooth flavorful and perfectly prepared Abdelrahman was very friendly professional and attentive throughout the experience He made sure everything was perfect and kept checking on us Excellent service and great shisha
