We had a wonderful 2days stay at Sofitel JBR, and the view from our room was absolutely stunning! We were hoping to swim, but the pool was quite crowded. Breakfast was also busy, so we had to wait for a table. The hostess was so helpful; she guided us to a perfect spot near the buffet, as my mother preferred to be close by. The next day, we arrived a bit early and didn’t have to wait, as we already had our table in the same area my mother likes. Huge thank you to Joanne for her assistance; she’s incredibly kind. Theres a varity of food options. Also, thank you to the chef for making a nice crepe for my son. Inshallah, we’ll be back soon!

Fantastic Service!
Nice food and excellent service. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the dining experience very enjoyable. Definitely worth coming back! Special thanks to Thurein for the warm and attentive service. He made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

madhu was an excellent staff member he was kind cleaned our room so nice he was exllenet he brightened our day seeing him on a morning and honestly his cleaning is the best and makes the room smell so nice

The food at Sofitel JBR was honestly amazing—everything was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. What made the experience even better was the staff. They were so friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and their warm service made us feel genuinely looked after. Overall, great food, lovely people, and a really enjoyable experience.
