I just called now to book and ane gay reply to me I informed him I want book today ..he was making fun for my Arabic his name is Mustafa and he is Arabic too I asked him to speak to another one spoke English if my Arabic is not understanding He hung the call in my face I tried to call manager not able even to reach the hotel after that I tried to call 7 times no response and phone hanging after the first ring Is that the way you treat the guests Actually I change mind about that terrible service And I really now now the standard of this hotel
